Four consignments of chilled geese and ducks have been imported from the Mainland following a temporary suspension of supplies since early August.
The four consignments comprising 5,600 chilled geese and 9,700 chilled ducks have all passed avian influenza tests, the Food & Environmental Hygiene Department says.
Samples were collected from the consignments upon arrival at Man Kam To today. The meat was released for sale after all samples tested negative for the virus.
