Ronald Arculli has been reappointed Hong Kong Exchanges & Clearing Chairman. His chairmanship will expire at the end of the body's 2012 annual general meeting.

The reappointment is subject to the written approval of the Chief Executive.

He does not have any service contract with any member of HKEx group of companies.
