Diana Chan has been reappointed Managing Director of the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority for three years from July 1 while Rimsky Yuen has been appointed a non-executive director for two years from March 17.
The Financial Services & the Treasury Bureau today said Mrs Chan performed a key role in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the Mandatory Provident Fund System during her tenure as the Managing Director since 2004.
With her profound experience in the system, she will continue to lead the authority in achieving its goals and objectives in the future, the bureau added.
It thanked outgoing non-executive director Edward Chan for his work and looked forward to Mr Yuen's contribution to the authority.
