Bids sought for former gov't flats
*

The Government Property Agency is inviting tenders for the purchase of former Government quarters and car parking spaces at Winfield Building, Nos 1, 3 and 5 Ventris Road, Hong Kong.

 

The sale will involve the whole of Block A and Block B comprising 84 flats and 84 designated car parking spaces in one parcel. They will be sold either with vacant possession or subject to existing tenancies/licences.

 

Each flat in Block A has a saleable area of about 181.4 square metres (1,953 square feet) while that in Block B has a saleable area of about 141.1 square metres (1,519 square feet). Five flats will be open for inspection. Click here for details.
