The Monetary Authority warns consumers to beware of a fraudulent website, www.telexboc.com, which looks similar to Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited's official website.

The bank has clarified it has no connection with the site and has reported the case to the Police.

Anyone who has provided personal information to, or has conducted any financial transactions through the site, should contact the Police on 2860 5012 or the bank on 2332 3328.
