Donald Tsang arrives in Lima
*

Chief Executive Donald Tsang has arrived in Lima, Peru, to attend the 16th Economic Leaders' Meeting of the Asia Pacific Economic Co-operation.

 

Mr Tsang will attend the APEC CEO Summit in the afternoon at which President Hu Jintao will deliver a keynote address on China's sustainable development.

 

On November 22 Mr Tsang will have breakfast with President Hu to update him on Hong Kong's latest economic, social and political development. Mr Tsang will then speak at the Summit Dialogue on Trade & Investment of the CEO Summit.

 

In the afternoon Mr Tsang will attend the APEC Economic Leaders' Meeting and will hold a bilateral meeting with Singaporean officials.

 

Mr Tsang will return to Hong Kong November 25. During his absence Chief Secretary for Administration Henry Tang will be Acting Chief Executive.
