Gov't building offered for sale by tender
*

The Government Property Agency is inviting tenders for the purchase of a six-storey building at 132 Sai Yeung Choi Street South in Kowloon.

The property is a composite tenement building completed in 1967. It was acquired by the Government through litigation. The ground floor unit is now used as a restaurant and the upper floor units are either vacant or being used for domestic purposes. The property is to be sold subject to existing tenancies.

Three units - 1/F, 3/F and 4/F of the building - will be open for inspection. Interested parties should make prior appointments with the agency for arrangement before inspection.

Interested tenderers must submit their tenders by noon on August 8. Late tenders will not be accepted. Tender documents can be downloaded from here.
