Flat, retail developments approved

Lands Department

The Lands Department issued one consent to assign for a residential development involving 29 units in Pok Fu Lam, and another consent for a commercial development in October.

 

As at the end of October there were 14 applications for consent to sell residential units and eight applications for consent to sell commercial developments pending approval.

 

The applications being processed for units involved 10,609 flats. Of them, seven involving 4,510 units are forecast for completion next year and the remaining seven applications, involving 6,099 flats, are due to be completed in 2009.

 

There was one application for consent to assign involving 924 residential units and one for consent to assign for a commercial development being processed.
