The Lands Department is processing 15 applications for consent to sell uncompleted residential developments involving 10,791 residential units.
Of the 15 applications, eight residential developments involving 4,692 units will be completed next year, while the remaining seven developments involving 6,099 flats will be ready by October 2009.
Last month, six applications for consent to sell uncompleted commercial developments were pending approval. There were also two applications for consent to assign involving 2,816 residential units and one application for consent to assign for commercial development being processed.
