LPG prices to rise

Electrical & Mechanical Services Department

Liquefied petroleum gas ceiling prices for dedicated LPG stations will rise 11 or 12 cents to between $2.84 to $3.22 a litre in January, the Electrical & Mechanical Services Department says.

 

The adjustment reflects the movement of international LPG prices in December. It is made according to the LPG international and operating prices.

 

Ceiling prices at LPG stations in January will be:

* Fung Yip Street, Chai Wan and Ngo Cheung Road, West Kowloon - $3.22 (up 12 cents);

* Sham Mong Road, Mei Foo and Yip Wong Road, Tuen Mun - $2.99 (up 11 cents);

* Marsh Road, Wan Chai - $2.99 (up 12 cents);

* Fung Mat Road, Sheung Wan; Wai Lok Street, Kwun Tong and Yuen Chau Tsai, Tai Po - $2.94 (up 11 cents);

* Cheung Yip Street, Kowloon Bay and Kwai On Road, Kwai Chung - $2.97 (up 11 cents); and,

* Hang Yiu Street, Ma On Shan and Tak Yip Street, Yuen Long - $2.84 (up 11 cents).
