The Intellectual Property Department, Trade Development Council and Coalition For Intellectual Property Rights have held a seminar to help small and medium firms learn the importance of intellectual property rights in business development.
It focused on IP protection and enforcement measures in Hong Kong and the Mainland, covering company name and trademark registration, handling IP infringements and resolving domain name disputes. It also showcased success stories in brand building and IP management.
