3 pre-sale consents issued in February

Lands Department

The Lands Department issued three consents for the sale of 173 residential units in February. The developments in Tung Chung, Yuen Long and Sheung Shui are due for completion by June. It also issued one consent to assign, involving 1,240 units.

 

At the end of February, there were 17 applications for pre-sale consent pending approval, involving 8,895 units. Among them, four applications involving 574 units will be completed this year. Six applications involving 2,922 units are for completion by July 2006, and seven applications with 5,399 units will be completed by September 2006.

 

There were two applications for pre-sale consent for commercial developments pending approval as at the end of February. In addition, there were three applications for consent to assign involving 1,111 residential units and three applications for consent to assign for commercial developments pending approval.
