Copies of the Financial Secretary's 2004-2005 Budget Speech and a leaflet highlighting key budget proposals will be available to the public at around 4.15pm on March 10, following Henry Tang's presentation to the Legislative Council.
Full text of the speech and other related documents will also be found on the Budget website.
Free copies of the speech and the leaflet will be available while supplies last at 20 Home Affairs Department Public Enquiry Service Centres and at a counter set up by the Information Services Department on the ground floor of Murray Building.
These locations will open until 7.30pm tomorrow.

Budget speech broadcast live
Mr Tang's presentation will be broadcast live at 2.30pm.
Following his Budget Speech, he will hold a press conference at 5pm and participate in the joint television panel discussion Budget Forum at 8.30pm. Both will be broadcast on TV and radio.
People can watch the broadcasts live with a simple click into the Budget website.
The Financial Secretary and other officials will also take part in media programmes after Budget Day.
