The Lands Department issued two consents for the sale of 698 residential units and three consents for the sale of units in uncompleted commercial development projects in January.
Residential units in Tuen Mun are expected to be completed in Septemer while those in Chung Hom Kok are slated for completion in March 2005.
In January, there were 13 applications for pre-sale consent involving 9,420 residential units pending approval. Among them, 3,514 units are expected to be completed within 2004 and 5,906 units before October 2005. There were two applications for pre-sale consent involving commercial units in Kowloon.
There were two applications for consent to assign involving 1,976 residential units and three applications for consents to assign for commercial developments pending approval.
