2 pre-sale commercial consents issued in October

Lands Department

The Lands Department issued four pre-sale consents for commercial development in October.

 

The two projects in Kowloon and the New Territories are expected to be completed by next June.

 

The department also issued one consent to assign involving 768 residential units and one consent to assign for commercial development.

 

At the end of the month, there were 16 applications for pre-sale consent involving 9,417 residential units throughout Hong Kong. All of them are expected to be completed before October 2005.

 

There were five applications for pre-sale consent involving commercial units in Kowloon.

 

In addition, there were three applications for consent to assign involving 2,418 residential units and two applications for consent to assign for commercial developments.
