Fanling job fair to offer 2,100 jobs

Labour Department

The Labour Department will hold a two-day job fair at Fanling's Luen Wo Hui Community Hall October 29 and 30, offering 2,100 job vacancies.

 

Forty-five companies from the retail, catering, business services, property management and security industries will participate.

 

The vacancies cover a wide variety of positions, such as sales, shop assistants, cooks, waiters, cleaners, clerks, administrative officers, security guards and customer service assistants.

 

More than 90% of the vacancies are full-time posts and most offer salaries ranging from $5,000 to $10,000. More than 90% require Form 5 education or below, while 60% do not require experience. Jobseekers can submit applications and be interviewed on the spot.
