Chinese medicine exam applications open
*

Applications for the 2010 Chinese medicine practitioners licensing examination will open on September 16. The Chinese Medicine Council of Hong Kong reminds people applying for this exam for the first time to submit their applications by October 30.

 

Listed Chinese medicine practitioners and repeaters who want to take the 2010 licensing examination should submit their enrolments by March 31.

 

The two-part exam consists of a written exam to be held in June and a clinical exam to be held in August. Anyone who wants to apply for registration as a registered Chinese medicine practitioner must first pass the exam. 

 

The candidates' handbook for the 2010 exam, application form and enrolment form are available from the Secretariat of the Chinese Medicine Council of Hong Kong at Room 2201, 22/F Wu Chung House, 213 Queen's Road East, Wan Chai.They can also be downloaded from the council's website or obtained by fax by calling the Department of Health hotline,  2574 9999.
