Monetary Authority staff pay frozen

Monetary Authority

The Financial Secretary has announced the fixed pay of Monetary Authority staff will be frozen this year and variable pay averaging two months' fixed pay will be given.

 

The review will result in a reduction of 3.4% in the authority's total payroll.

 

Variable pay averaging 2.9 months' fixed pay was given last year.
