A forum analysing employment implications of the global financial crisis will be held on March 31 for university students interested in developing a career in the financial services industry.
Co-organised by the Advisory Committee on Human Resources Development in the Financial Services Sector and the Open University's Lee Shau Kee School of Business & Administration, the forum provides a platform for practitioners from the industry to share their ideas on ways to cope with the challenges and opportunities the global financial crisis brings.
Secretary for Financial Services & the Treasury Prof KC Chan will deliver a keynote speech at the forum. The advisory committee's chairman Chan Tze-ching will moderate the forum panel discussion. Students of the nine local universities will participate in the forum.
