Labour advisory board members appointed

Labour Department

Twelve people have been appointed members of the Labour Advisory Board for two years from January 1.

 

They include five employee representatives elected by registered employee unions - Leung Chau-ting, Ng Wai-yee, Chung Kwok-sing, Lee Tak-ming, and Tsui Sai-cheung, and five employer representatives nominated by major employer associations - Ho Sai-chu, Dr Kim Mak, Stanley Lau, Stanley Hui and Irons Sze.

 

Cheng Kai-ming and Cheung Sing-hung have been re-appointed as employee member and employer member of the board.

 

Welcoming the appointments, Commissioner for Labour Cherry Ts said she looks forward to working closely with them in the board's new term.
