Library study rooms extend opening hours

Student study rooms in public libraries will have their opening hours extended in the coming examination season.

 

They will open daily on a three-session basis from March 1 to May 31. The sessions are 8am to 12.30pm, 12.45pm to 5.15pm and 5.30pm to 10pm Mondays to Fridays. However, the third session on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will close at 9.30pm.

 

Application of admission cards opens January 15. Application forms are available at public libraries or on this website.

 

Applicants should be registered public library borrowers, and 95% of seats will be given to candidates sitting for major public or professional exams.
