Fresh face: Winky So will become Kowloon City District Officer from May 26.

Winky So will take up the post of Kowloon City District Officer from May 26, succeeding Agnes Wong.

Miss So joined the Government's administrative service in 1996. She has served in the former Constitutional Affairs Bureau, the former Financial Services Bureau, the Chief Executive's Office, the Hong Kong Economic & Trade Office in Washington and the former Economic Development & Labour Bureau.

Her last posting was as Principal Assistant Secretary for Transport & Housing.
