Ma Lee-tak will head up the Water Supplies Department, Peter Lau the Drainage Services Department, and Michael Chan the Government Flying Service, the Civil Service Bureau says.
Mr Ma, currently a Principal Government Engineer, will assume the post of Director of Water Supplies from March 3 while Mr Lau, currently a Principal Government Engineer, will succeed retiring Director of Drainage Services Wong Chee-keung from March 10.
Michael Chan is Government Flying Service Chief Pilot. He will succeed Brian Butt as Controller from March 27.

Secretary for the Civil Service Denise Yue said the appointees are all seasoned civil servants with profound professional experience and proven leadership and management skills. She believes they will ably lead their respective departments to face the challenges ahead.
Miss Yue also praised Wong Chee-keung and Brian Butt for their contribution. She wishes Mr Wong a happy retirement and Captain Butt the best in his future endeavours.
