Kowloon City by-election nominations close
*

Two nominations were received for the Kowloon City District Council Hung Hom Bay Constituency by-election at the close of the nomination period today.

 

The nominees are engineering consultant Cheung Yan-hong and interior designer Chau Chung-leung. The Returning Officer will rule on the validity of the nominees' candidature soon.

 

A briefing for candidates and their agents will be held at 1706-1713 Conference Room, One Harbourfront, 18-22 Tak Fung Street, Hung Hom, Kowloon, at 5pm on June 29.

 

Voting is set for July 29. The elected candidate will fill a vacant councillor seat in the district council.
