Kenneth Kwok and Professor Liu Pak-wai have been re-appointed Securities & Futures Commission non-executive directors while Shengman Zhang has been named as a new non-executive director.

The appointments will be for two years from January 1.

The Financial Services & the Treasury Bureau said with Mr Zhang's rich knowledge and experience in the financial services field, he will provide invaluable insights and constructive advice to the commission.

The other serving non-executive directors are Jasper Tsang, Christopher Cheng, Angelina Lee and Dr York Liao.
