The Home Affairs Bureau will form an advisory committee on funding major performing arts groups receiving annual subvention from the Leisure & Cultural Services Department and the three-year Arts Development Council grant.

It will devise a consolidated grant, develop a new funding system and mechanism, and consider the need to establish flagship performing companies.
