Deepest sympathy: Chief Executive Donald Tsang offers his condolences to Henry Fok's widow Elaine. |

Chief Executive Donald Tsang has visited the home of late Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference National Committee Vice Chairman Henry Fok to express condolences to his family.
Mr Tsang said he will remember Mr Fok for his engaging personality, and his spirit of always putting the interests of the country first.
"After Mr Fok's passing, Hong Kong people, regardless of social ranks and political inclinations, have been unanimous in their appreciation of his contributions, which are so creditable," Mr Tsang said, adding that the people's praises reflected the importance of Mr Fok in their hearts.
As the Chief Executive is scheduled to visit Europe next week to meet several state leaders and senior officials, he will not be able to attend Mr Fok's funeral, and expressed his regrets.
Mr Fok's family passed their thanks to Mr Tsang for the assistance offered by the Central Government and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region on the funeral arrangements.
