Elections

Reminder issued on March 6 by-elections
*

Electors are reminded to vote in the Eastern District Council Fort Street Constituency and Sham Shui Po District Council Nam Cheong Central Constituency by-elections on March 6.

 

A polling station in each constituency will be open from 7.30am to 10.30pm. The Fort Street station is in the Kiangsu & Chekiang Primary School, 30 Ching Wah Street, North Point. The three candidates contesting are Chris Wong (No.1), Barry Chin (No.2), and Hung Lin-cham (No.3).

 

The Nam Cheong Central station is at Pei Ho Street Sports Centre, 333 Ki Lung Street, Sham Shui Po. The four candidates are Ngai Sing-leuk (No.1), Cheung Chi-keung (No.2), Raymond Cheung (No.3), and Foo Wai-lok (No.4).

 

After polls close, the two locations will become counting stations.

 

The election hotline 2891 1001 will run from 7am to 11pm to answer electoral enquiries. A complaints hotline 2827 7251 will also run, from 7.30am to 10.30pm.
