Views sought on election arrangements
*

Views and improvement prosposals are being sought on the management, planning and conduct of elections. Written submissions should reach the Independent Committee of Experts' Secretariat by post, fax or email by February 4.

The committee, appointed by the Chief Executive on December 15, started work this month, chaired by Daniel Tse with Philip Chen, Daniel Lai and Herbert Tsoi as members. Click here to read its terms of reference.

"We welcome views on problems encountered or identified and above all, improvement proposals," Mr Tse said, adding all views received will be considered and a report will be submitted to the Chief Executive in three months.

Written submissions can be sent to the committee's secretariat by mailing room 3102, 31/F, United Centre, 95 Queensway, Hong Kong; by faxing to 2529 2820 or by emailing secretariat@expertreview-elections.gov.hk.
