The Financial Secretary has reappointed Alan Linning as Securities & Futures Commission Executive Director (Enforcement) for two years from November 1.

The commission's Executive Director & Chief Operating Officer Peter Au-Yang will be redeployed to double-up the post of Executive Director (Corporate Finance).

The Government thanked Ashley Alder, the incumbent Executive Director (Corporate Finance), for his service in the past three years. Mr Alder will leave the commission on completion of his contract tomorrow.
