Speak out: Chief Secretary for Administration Donald Tsang meets with HK Island District Council members at Leighton Hill Community Hall in Causeway Bay.
*

The Constitutional Development Task Force still handles pragmatic matters related to Hong Kong's constitutional development, Chief Secretary Donald Tsang says.

Speaking after meeting with HK Island District Council members at Leighton Hill Community Hall in Causeway Bay today, Mr Tsang said the research centre on Hong Kong & Macau Affairs set up by the Mainland Authorities is an academic body only.

He welcomed members of various sectors to discuss the issue thoroughly, adding that such discussion will facilitate constitutional development.
