Constitutional talks with Beijing to start Monday
*

The Constitutional Development Task Force has arrived in Beijing and will start meeting with the Mainland authorities.

Speaking to reporters this evening, Chief Secretary for Administration Donald Tsang said three sessions have been arranged.

The task force will meet with the Hong Kong & Macau Affairs Office tomorrow morning. In the afternoon, they will have a meeting with the Mainland legal experts.

On Tuesday morning, the task force will meet with the members of the Legislative Affairs Commission of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress.

Speaking on the opinions recently expressed by some Mainland legal experts, Mr Tsang said the task force will treat their views in the same way as they handle local legal experts' opinions.
