Village by-elections set for March 28
*

Village Representative By-elections for 90 indigenous inhabitant representative and resident representative vacancies will be held on March 28.

 

If there is more than one validly nominated candidate for each of the villages, a poll will be conducted and eligible voters will receive a polling notice specifying the date, time and place of the poll.

 

Eligible people wishing to run in the by-elections must submit nomination forms in person to the relevant District Office between February 21 and March 5.

 

Nomination forms can be obtained during office hours from District Offices or the Home Affairs Department, 30/F, Southorn Centre, 130 Hennessy Road, Wan Chai.

 

The list of Villages covered by the by-elections is available at the Village Representative Elections' website and District Offices.
