The Government has received confirmation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Co-operation of Burkina Faso that the Government of Burkina Faso will grant visa-free access to HKSAR passport holders for a stay up to 14 days with immediate effect.

"We welcome this confirmation by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Co-operation of Burkina Faso," a Government spokesman said.

The availability of visa-free access to Burkina Faso has brought the total number of countries/territories agreeing to grant visa-free access to HKSAR passport holders to 126.

Currently, nationals of Burkina Faso may visit Hong Kong visa-free for a stay up to 14 days.
