The CD-ROM version of the latest edition of the Government Yearbook, Hong Kong 2002, is now on sale.

The interactive CD-ROM, contains 21 chapters covering a wide range of subjects and an extensive list of appendices providing detailed information and statistical data on various aspects of the community.

A photo gallery showing more than 120 photos on different facets of life and major events in Hong Kong is presented in a 'slideshow' format for easy previewing and retrieval.

The CD-ROM also carries a Calendar of Events which recapitulates the most significant activities of 2002 as well as six film clips featuring the five core values of Hong Kong.

To get more updated information about a particular subject, the homepages of related bureaux and departments are appended at the end of each chapter, which can be hyperlinked to the relevant website immediately by clicking the web address provided.

Comprising both the English and Chinese versions of the yearbook on a single disc, the CD-ROM is available at $16 per copy.
