Two water samples taken from a Tin Shui Wai kindergarten have been found to exceed the World Health Organisation lead limit.
They are from a batch of 79 samples taken from 37 kindergartens.
The two tainted samples come from the taps of wall-mounted dispensers in the kitchen and pantry of St Jerome's Catholic Kindergarten.
The water in the dispensers is for drinking by staff and students.
The Department of Health will arrange blood tests for the kindergarten's 203 students.
