Police arrested two men, aged 18 and 26 for disorder in a public place during an event in Tsim Sha Tsui last night.
About 80 people took part in the event on Salisbury Road, Canton Road and Nathan Road. Some of them shoved Police officers and caused a disturbance to road users and shops.
After repeated warnings, Police took resolute action to stop the unlawful violent acts and arrested the protesters involved.
Police condemned the demonstrators' unlawful behaviour and have not ruled out more arrests as investigations continue.
