Police have arrested a suspect in connection with the alleged abuse case of domestic helpers.
Police said today they received reports that two Indonesian maids had been assaulted by their employer.
They arrested a 44-year-old woman at the airport today, attempting to depart for Thailand.
She is being detained for questioning.
An investigation team comprising Police and Labour Department officers flew to Indonesia today to interview one of the victims.
