Director of Housing Stanley Ying said he was sorry for the confusion caused by the inconsistent information provided on pre-cast fabrication in Kai Ching Estate.
Mr Ying issued a statement this evening in response to media comments.
He noted, due to the fact that it took time to compile the relevant data, confusion was caused by the inconsistent information given at different times by the Secretary for Transport & Housing and the Housing Department.
