The Central Government has notified the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government that the interpreting of Basic Law Article 104 has been included in the agenda for the National People's Congress Standing Committee meeting.

In a statement, the HKSAR Government today said it received the notification last night after the conclusion of the hearing of the judicial review regarding Sixtus Leung and Yau Wai-ching.

The Department of Justice has informed the Hong Kong Court of the notification, it added.
