Andrew Leung was elected President of the sixth Legislative Council at its first meeting today, which also included an oath-taking session for LegCo members.

Two of the legislature’s committees also met for the first time to elect their chairman and deputy chairman.

Starry Lee and Dennis Kwok were elected House Committee Chairman and Deputy Chairman while Chan Kin-por and Michael Tien were elected Finance Committee Chairman and Deputy Chairman.
