Police are investigating an attempted murder-suicide case in Tung Chung in which a 32-year-old woman died and her four-year-old daughter was seriously injured.

They were found lying on the top of a covered walkway outside Kui Yat House, Yat Tung Estate, at about 10.15am.

The mother died at 11.19am at Princess Margaret Hospital.
