Customs officers arrested three Mainlanders, aged 31-38, for smuggling after seizing goods worth $5.2 million on a local fishing vessel off the Ninepin islands last night.

The unmanifested goods included computer hard-disks, closed-circuit television systems, LCD monitors, used laptop computers and mobile phones.
