Info sought on Sheung Shui crash
*
Hong Kong Police

Police appeal for information about a Sheung Shui traffic accident on February 28 in which a 39-year-old woman was injured.

At about 8am that day, an ambulance collided with a minibus as the driver tried to overtake it while travelling on Sha Tau Kok Road towards the boundary, near Tan Chuk Hang.

The ambulance bounced to the right, striking a woman on the pavement, and damaging some railings and a lamp post.

The woman was sent to Prince of Wales Hospital, while the ambulance driver and two ambulance passengers were sent to North District Hospital for medical treatment.

The ambulance driver was arrested for dangerous driving and was released on bail.

Witnesses or anyone with any information should call Police on 3661 3860 or 3661 3800.
