A 50-year-old motorcyclist died after reportedly hitting a lamppost near Chung Mei, Tai Po, today.

The crash happened about 4pm when the man was riding towards Tai Po along Bride's Pool Road. Suffering injuries to his left leg, he was sent to Alice Ho Miu Ling Nethersole Hospital and later died at 5pm.
