The Judiciary has reappointed Benjamin Yu as Recorder of the Court of First Instance for three years from December 1.

It was made today by the Chief Executive on the recommendation of the Judicial Officers Recommendation Commission.

Mr Yu was appointed Queen's Counsel in 1995 and as Recorder of the Court of First Instance in 2003.
