Truck driver dies in Tsing Yi accident

Police

A 54-year-old truck driver died after collapsing at the wheel in Tsing Yi.

 

He was driving along Container Port Road South towards Kwai Chung at about 8.10am when he reportedly collapsed near Container Terminal 6. His vehicle rammed into roadside railings and the terminal entrance.

 

He was sent to Princess Margaret Hospital and died at 9.10am.

 

Witnesses should call Police on 3661 1346 or 3661 1300.
