2 arrested for drug trafficking

Two men have been arrested for drug trafficking after Police seized cocaine and cannabis worth $8.2 million in Cheung Sha Wan.

 

The pair, aged 19 and 31, were arrested in a car parked on Wing Hong Street yesterday about 6pm. Officers later searched a storage company in an industrial building on the same street and found 11kg of cocaine and 4kg of cannabis.

 

About $120,000 in cash was also found on the elder man. Both will be charged with drug trafficking and appear in Kowloon City Magistracy November 2.
