Customs officers have arrested a 39-year-old man after seizing 600g of heroin worth $500,000 at the airport.

He was intercepted yesterday on arrival from Kuala Lumpur. The drug was found concealed inside the hard covers of two children's picture books in his suitcase.

He was charged with drug trafficking and will appear at Tsuen Wan Magistracy tomorrow.
