Smoker gets community service order
*
Department of Health

A 46-year-old smoker has been ordered to perform 80 hours' community service by Kwun Tong Magistracy for assaulting two Tobacco Control Inspectors.

He was seen smoking in Kam Fung Street Sitting-out Area, Wong Tai Sin, November 27. He refused to co-operate with the inspectors and assaulted them.

The Department of Health urged the public to observe the smoking ban and co-operate with law enforcement officers.
